Apricot Jelly Fungus
This is one of the most brilliant and attractive of the Jelly Fungi. Fruitbodies are 2-10 cm tall and up to 6 cm wide, tongue-shaped to spatula-shaped or funnel-shaped, smooth, pink to apricot or reddish-orange, gelatinous to rubbery. Stalks are not well differentiated from the cap. Widespread and fairly common, it fruits on the ground under conifers or sometimes on well-rotted wood. Also known as Phlogiotis helvelloides. Edible but without flavour.
